best company EVER. had my kitchen door fixed in a few years ago and it still looks and feels new. I think this is a very underrated company everything about it is just to die for. The prices are so low and the workers were so helpful. Thank you Paul.

I telephoned HAG just before lunch time in a mad panic, we had a disaster in our workshop and we had totally jammed one of the workshop doors. They are based in Bristol and we are in West Wales. I had failed to find anyone local so was expecting the worse.
They sent two engineers out to us who were there within two hours, they worked swiftly and professionally and within 70 minutes of arrival we had a functioning door again.
Two engineers travelled 91 miles to get to us, spent over an hour repairing the doors and travelled the 91 miles back. It was an emergency call out and all we were charged was £245 plus VAT. I think that is exceptional value and service.

Today had my electric garage door put in. I was out all day when it was finished the fitter called me to see if I was happy. Unfortunately I couldn't get back in time. When I got home I was very happy did a fab job left no mess.i have used hag on many occasions as I was friends with the old owner Tommy dun who sadly passed away. He would be very proud of his company many yrs on.

Highly recommend HAG for any call out work.

We had an issue with our customers roller shutter - Marie was very polite, helpful and efficient at getting an engineer to site within 24hours.

No hidden costs, HAG has definitely secured our future business.

They offer a emergency call out service for £150+Vat. Came out to my site to say I can't look at the shutters as there's no parking and I need another person with me. Said they can come back 2 days later when I said to them I need my shutters down for security!! Basically scammed me for my money as DB shutters came down the same evening and within 40 minutes fixed the situation. LAZY HAG WORK DIDN'T WANNA GET A LADDER AND HAVE A LOOK. They didn't even want to refund the money.
If you're looking for someone reasonable priced, great work use DB shutters I've used them a few times he's a local guy. These big companies just rip you off!!!

We've recently used HAG for our Roller Shutter and Fire Doors. They've been a customer of our for a long time, so it was an obvious choice to contact them for our needs. We feel the whole process was handled with professionalism, the utmost care and in a timely manner. We used HAG for all of our roller shutters at our various sites throughout the country. We always received a top class service, with HAG going the extra mile by providing advice and guidance with any project we were involved in. We had piece of mind that they are always there in the event of a problem, whatever time of day.

Worst company I have had to deal with in awhile, had our roller shutter installed just over a year later it has already started to jam. They sent out an engineer to look at it for 5-10 minuets that cost us a fee of £168, to then be told we need a new motor. The engineers turned up to install this new motor and were told they could not complete the job.

The shutter ended jamming completely and we had to get a third party in to fix the issues. Turns out it was not the motor but something at a fraction of the price.

Still waiting for a call back from the director of the company to find out if we are due a refund for our £168 call out fee……

Not the best customer service for these door specialists!
