Absolute shocking service! I booked for a dash camera fitting at 11am. I turned up 5 minutes early to ensure I was on time. I was told they’ll be 2 minutes as dealing with another customer. 22 minutes later they were able to start my appointment. No apologies or thanks for waiting. Once the dash camera was fitted and the keys were handed back, I noticed they hadn’t installed the SD card into the camera. So, I challenged this, and they said it’s not needed. Which was wrong! As their website says one is required and the instructions in the box also says it. So, I had to then discount the dash camera to install it to get it to work correctly. Paid for a service to be done which was late and half done…disappointing.

Popped in for a new headlight bulb and asked if they could fit it for me.
They got the bulb, fitted it and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.

Staff absolutely great - brought bike in for a new inner tube - thoughtful young man very thorough and did a great job - great customer service. Also the team on the front desk has my car key fob repaired in no time. Both were a bargain! Thank you Halfords. 👍🏼

My old 12v battery was dead. Had battery changed. I came earlier than booked time. Since they were free, they saw me straight away. Ammar was very courteous, kind and sound technical knowledge. Replaced the battery in under 15 mins. Highly recommend thier service. Thank you.

Has both headlight bulbs fitted on 25-09-24. They proved very difficult to fit and when they both in, neither of them worked. They were checked over again and worked fine. The service I received was first class, and I'm highly satisfied with this.

Things didn’t go as planned, as they were searching for my bike for over 20minutes. And then it turned out that they assembled it despite me ordering it boxed. But to make up for it they left mud guards for free. In my opinion this is the right way of dealing with such issues. As everyone can make a mistake, but not everyone can make it up right in the customer eyes. These guys did.
