Excellent service. My issue with the dash cam was quickly resolved, and my headlight bulbs were very speedily changed, as requested for brighter ones. Thank you so much to Charlie Hartwell, who did all the work on the car and was so helpful and friendly. 😊

Absolutely fantastic wonderful very helpful and pleasant service from Charlie. Fitted new battery, secured in place as bracket was big. Noticed oil all over engine, said head gasket gone. Called his 2 workmates who confirmed and were horrified that I’d just bought it…very considerate. Charlie went above and beyond. Thank you so so very much

Charlie at Market Harborough Halfords is fantastic. Changed a nearside bulb which may sound simple enough but not with my car. It is a pig to do and didn’t charge me anymore for the time it took. Wish there was a Charlie at every Halfords.
