I placed a big order of work clothing for my company with Hall-Fast. They had all the quality branded items in stock and for cheaper than going direct. I ordered a pair of boots from hall-fast and it came a size too big. The details on the website were not specific enough on the shoes which ran big. I returned the pair and after a month the returns was still not processed. I had to chase up with them constantly to get the returns processed. They also charge a 15% restocking fee for returns and exchanges. This feels more like a cash and carry business.
