We found Andy by chance, from a Google search for railings, and as soon as we met him to discuss what we wanted we knew he was just who we were looking for. He was able to see what the building needed and made considered suggestions taking into account what we wanted and what would look appropriate for the situation. He was able to work around our availability, he did what he said he'd do, when he said he would and fitted and finished the work wonderfully. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely be asking him to do some other larger and smaller projects for us when we're organised enough to articulate what we want. Couldn't be happier with what he's done for us.

We rang Hammerhead for a quote for a handrail down some awkward steps to the garden Andy responded straight away , came out to measure and gave us an idea for design . He and Sonia came to fit the handrail this morning they work well together as a team and are very clean and efficient as a result we have a lovely handrail which will benefit us for years would recommend their service Thank you .

We arranged a day with Andy for our daughter's birthday present. He allowed her to design her own thing and then guided her through the different skills to make it. Esther is super pleased with her "skull bowl candle stick holder" Andy suggested I make something so I had a bash and learnt some new skills. Very enjoyable day. Thank you very much.

This company is fantastic. They made a porch canopy for me. Made to measure totally bespoke piece of craftwork that suits the specifications completely. Attention to detail was perfect, they came to measure up then we har a pow wow about design and build. The quote was sorted quickly and was the build and fit. I came home one day and there it was all fitter and looking brilliant. All as we discussed, the metal work is beautiful and fitted with no mess or fuss.

Andy was able to fulfil my brief quickly and smoothly, offering guidance to enable me to design and create the specification needed for the metal fabrication of a new series of my own glass/metal sculptures. He worked from a set of doodles and perfectly replicated the designs. Great communication and easy to work with.
