Just got off the phone with one of your commercial technical operatives... didn't catch his name. I am extremely disappointed with your staff members lack of patience and manner when dealing with my enquiry... I was phoning to obtain a part number for a failed component on one of your products. I was in the plant room at the time of the call and was having trouble catching the part number, it was very obvious your colleague lost patience very quickly when I asked if he could repeat the number, and it was reflected in the way he delivered the information I required, to order parts for one of your boilers !! This is a great put off when dealing with manufacturers, so much so if I was going to condemn the boiler and go for a replacement, I'd be tempted to use another brand. It's so annoying speaking with an operative on a helpline that clearly gets frustrated and rude at very earliest part of one's enquiry. I was in a plant room, there was some background noise from boilers and your operative says right "I'll say it one more time" with just an unpleasant tone and implied threat that i might not get the part number i needed. I hope you record your calls, as I would strongly suggest playing it back and listening to the sort of customer service one particular operative in your technical help line thinks is reasonable. Not a great start to a Monday morning.

I am leaving a review on be half of the Norfolk Arms Hotel Arundel West Sussex.
We had a Hamworthy Boiler installed to replace a Remaha that after 10 years started to leak.
The new Hamworthy Boiler lasted 14 months and packed up.
We have our boilers and water softener serviced and maintained regularly and working as should be.
Hamworthy would not be accountable for the new boiler and would like full price for a new boiler.
Would definitely not recommend - Boiler is not fit for purpose.
