We recently had an issue with our stair climber trolley, as the battery wasn’t functioning properly. Daniel and the team at Handle-iT were incredibly responsive and helpful from the start. They provided detailed instructions on how to test the battery and fuse, and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they quickly arranged for the stair climber trolley to be collected and inspected. The problem was resolved in no time. It’s so refreshing to receive such outstanding service from a company that truly values its customers.

I needed some new wheels for my garden trailer. As I live locally, I phoned up to check stock. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When I visited the warehouse to collect, again, the staff were superb. Incredibly knowledgeable with an amazing range of products, all high quality. The replacement wheels are far better than those supplied by the trailer manufacturer.
I could not recommend this business highly enough. Would give them 6 stars if possible.

Excellent quality product, I ordered 4 puncture proof wheels for my garden cart the wheels are excellent quality with proper bearings and even a grease nipple so you can fill the hub with grease to keep it running smoothly for years.
Easy to order and good information and updates from Melanie in customer service .
Prompt delivery so nice to find a decent well made wheel.
I have previously bought other brands from Amazon the first set lasted a year and punctured in all 4 wheels the second set lasted 4 months as the rubber was very poor. Don’t be fooled by cheaper brands they don’t last.
Handle-it wheels are quality and will last you for years

We ordered a 1000kg turntable trolley and have got to say that this item is a very sturdy bit of kit and I can see that it will last for years. We bought it to transport a 200kg pallet over a gravel driveway without the wheels digging in or the trolley collapsing. We did a dry run this morning and the large tyres glide across the gravel without any displacement.

We purchased 4 bespoke trolleys for our new facility in Cambridge and we're over the moon! The whole way through the design process, Handle-It but, specifically Daniel & Lydia were amazing.

I recently bought a turntable trailer from these guys. To say it's the best thing I've purchased this year wouldn't be doing it justice. The trailer has cut my workload in half. Wood and coal in one trip, not two. All my animals fed in one trip, not three. All my hays hauled in one trip, not three. If you want a yard tug, I couldn't recommend this more highly. Tough across rough terrain, in all weathers, the trailer makes easy work of it. The service provided by the staff is first class, and I can't sing their praises enough for the efficient and friendly way they dealt with everything. Five star from start to delivery.

I have a energy and mobility limiting illness and this trolley and this makes my events much more accessible by saving my energy getting there, and giving me a great night's sleep on it while I'm there!
