To the guy in the pickup with the mullet and attitude issue, the world is a much nicer place to live when you are kind, you upset my 10 year old daughter with your unnecessary aggression.

Had a very intimidating experience with a gentleman who was working at this business today. Was made to feel scared for myself, my friends and my little girl as he aggressively drove around on his truck after a slight misunderstanding. Was called "pathetic" after we tried to explain the misunderstanding but he was having none of it. Avoid this business if you want good customer service.

Great local family run hardware and timber store with friendly and obliging staff. If what you require is not in stock they will do their utmost to get it as soon as they can. Very good quality timber, both hard and softwood.

Awful experience at the Handyman Centre today - was made to feel very uncomfortable by a member of staff, who seems to be in need of both a customer service course and an anger management course. Avoid!

I always go here to order lumber cut to size/shape, it gets done promptly and they ring me when its ready so I can come pick it up. They have provided helpful advice on several of my home projects. Great little shop with knowledgeable staff.

Very useful to have a local supplier in Tewkesbury, especially with the cost of fuel these days.
