I booked and paid for a same day handyman on an urgent job. I was told he would come before 5:30pm with a call to confirm 1 hour beforehand. At 4:30pm I called them to check where he was and was told, “Aarh it’s going to take two people so we’ll have to reschedule for another day”
They did not call me, text or email to let me know this. Now I’m stuck with a door off its hinges heading into the night time

I had doubts whether to have wood or carpet flooring in my master bedroom. Their free consultations proved quite helpful in the decision-making process allowing me to reach the conclusion that wood flooring would bring more colour and warmth to the room. The quote they gave me perfectly fitted my budget so I hired them.
The actual installation went flawlessly as the team members were really dedicated and put a lot of effort into the job at hand. To be honest they weren't really talkative but I guess it was because of their professional attitude.
And because they managed to do it in under 5 hours I was able to surprise my wife with the new looks of our bedroom.
Highly recommended.

The problem with expectations is that we tend to set them quite high and get disappointed with the results we get even when they are quite good. That was exactly the case with me. I was in desperate need of a new wood flooring since mine one was just too old which made it hard to maintain as it required constant waxing and oiling. So I took my time to research the market and even got a couple of recommendations from some good friends of mine. Two companies caught my attention but in the end this one offered me the better price so I chose them. So the fitting team arrived and got down to business. All four of them looked pretty professional and had some serious equipment to help them do their job but still I was sceptical about the outcome. I closely observed their every move and although it was clear that they spared no effort in order to deliver the quality I was looking for I was nervous and doubtful. So they finished the installation within the estimated period and left. I took a look around and due to the unrealistically high expectations that I had I wasn't satisfied with the results. But then I went to a friend's house and compared my new hardwood flooring with his and realised mine looked as good if not better for nearly half the price he payed. It was then when I finally understood how lucky I was to choose this company as I ended up with a picture perfect floor without spending too much money on it. So the least I could do is thank you for the amazing job that you've done and I recommend you to my friends.

The electrician was very professional and had a strong knowledge of what the job required. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive the certificate soon after the visit. Amazing company, I could say "they built my home"! I recently moved to a new property which needed a lot of work to be done. I used these guys for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, painting of all rooms and many small repairs here and there.
