We popped i on a Sunday to browse options. We were met by Michael who proceeded to show us the range around our budget. We’d had an inflatable tub before in the past and these were far superior and made better cost saving sense. A very un-hassled environment, Michael even putting up with our granddaughters running around excitedly. We were offered a low deposit to secure the offer price and waited for delivery, as and when we’re ready with our patio and electrical supply.
The day of delivery was well communicated the installation team knew exactly what needed doing . And within a couple hours we were up and running. Follow up calls were received and so far nothing seems to be an issue after taking a few calls from me regarding chemicals etc. a very professional experience.

Exceptional service from start to finish. My wife & I met Michael at the show room, he greeted us & showed us different types of hot tubs. He found us a tub that fit our budget. Michael kept in good communication all the way to delivery day. Both delivery guys; Artem & Krum were extremely polite, friendly & speedy- even when it was absolutely pouring with rain outside. Once installed, Chris immediately came over to ours to explain how to use the functions on the tub, show us how to do the chemicals & answer any questions we had. Top notch guys all round!!

Just a quick shout out to Michael at Happy Hot Tubs in Hillier Garden Centre, Botley. Best purchase I have ever made. I bought my hot tub about 6 years ago. Just thought I would leave a review to say how reliable it has been. I have not had one single issue in all that time. The model I chose was the Hot Springs Propel. Nothing better than getting in the hot tub on a glorious day imagining being in the Cost Del So. Just as much fun in the tub in the depths of winter imagining being in the hot springs of iceland. A big thumbs up for Happy Hot Tubs from me.

First visit to HHT and it was a really good experience. Went in for some chemicals and they had a good range - not masses, but enough of the essentials. The service from Michael was without fault - friendly, knowledgeable and even threw in a discount. I only wish all other businesses were as good!
I now consider myself a loyal customer. And even if I can't get to the shop in person I still make the effort to buy their products on Amazon.
