We bought a hot tub from James at Happy Hot Tubs. He was professional, friendly and approachable. There was no hard sell. Communication was really good from ordering to delivery. There was also an email a few days after delivery to check everything was ok. I would recommend Happy Hot Tubs. We are very pleased with our tub.

Had an issue with no power to the tub. Called the service guys and they arranged for Rob to visit. He diagnosed a faulty board which was replaced under warranty quickly and without fuss. Excellent service from these guys again. Rob kept me updated with an arrival time and is a credit to Happy Hot Tubs?

We had decided we wanted a hard shell hot tub after using a blow up one for 2 years.
We had absolutely no clue where to start until we met James at Cadnam. His expertise guided us through choosing a hot tub that was suitable for us, he has kept in contact with us all through the ordering and the delivery and has also contacted us to make sure all is OK after.
The delivery team were amazing to, it could of been quite stressful getting it into place but they knew what they were doing and it all went smoothly!!
I would highly recommend using Happy Hot Tubs if your considering buying a hot tub.

Top notch service from start to finish with Sophia demonstrating & first point of contact (excellent service from her) made every thing easy for me & my wife & helped wife see if she could enter & leave the hot tub as restricted movement then once decided on the tub was then easy deposit payment followed full suitiblelity house survey (very professional) then little over one week we paid remaing moneys & no time at all tub was delivered & installed with care & consideration (all rubbish & old parts removed then demonstration from Instal team Ben & a colleague again kind & considerate to me, my wife & our property) ending with questions & queries answered.

Happy hot tubs your team is a real credit to your company for sure. After care excellent communications on how every thing went & is.

James in the showroom was great too, answered all our questions and followed up with us on the progress of the delivery.

We called in to Happy Hot Tubs, Cadnam, just to have a look, as we'd been thinking about investing in a spa for the garden as an early wedding present to ourselves.

Peter introduced himself as we were looking, and said if we needed help to just ask, which we eventually did. He was very professional, helpful, but not pushy, and we put a deposit down on our dream!

The service before, during delivery, and after has been excellent, with lots of tips and advice. Nothing is too much trouble, and you feel you're in safe hands. Peter is always available to message if you need any advice or have any problems. If he's busy, someone else is always at hand to help.

Thank you, Peter and all at Happy Hot Tubs. We absolutely love our daily dips and relaxation, good for tired aching joints and muscles too.

Alex and Iain were amazing. The FreeFlow Mini is perfect for our small patio space.
Delivery and installation were fantastic. Having never owned a hot tub before, I was really happy with the demonstration of how to operate and maintain our tub.
