We both have been really impressed with the level of customer service, support and attention to detail at Harborough Innovation Centre. Knowing we can count on you makes it so much easier!

The venue is set up incredibly well and I feel made a great impression on our visitors from the local community for our new networking group.

Great customer service from booking the venue right to the smaller details on the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Excited to be running BNI in Market Harborough at the Innovation Centre with businesses from the local area.

HIC's new 'Ground Up Cafe' is a breath of fresh air, offering a wide range of hot drinks, hot/cold food and snacks - I've experienced previous businesses in the spot, but this wins my vote!

The coffee is from a local business and is quite honestly sublime☕

Kathy is an absolute gem, always smiling, always going above and beyond for every customer... (Also makes an unbelievably good Lemon Drizzle!!).

Keep up the fantastic work Team Ground Up, it's a joy to have all the above at walking distance from the office!🙌

There's a classic car meet there once a month. ( third Sunday) sadly, the weather was against us, but on a good day it's heaving with some impressive cars and bikes. There's also a catering trailer for those needing sustenance. Easy to find, easy to park. If you've nothing to do one Sunday give it a try.The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because of the only toilet available. One of those plastic thunder boxes. Fine if you're a guy, not so if you are a gal, and need to use it after someone who has no aim. That's the only grumble I have.

Hired the Bowden room for a meeting and was extremely impressed with the communication from the staff during booking and their assistance on the day. The newly opened cafe served great coffee and lunch was spot on. Will be retiring later in the year to hold larger meetings based on the price and experience from this visit.

We have used this venue on a number of occasions for our regional team training. The location is perfect for us as we have employees travelling from as north as Derby and as south as Milton Keynes.

The reception team are attentive and always go the extra mile to make sure our stay is welcome. The variety of room sizes allow us to break out into smaller groups or deliver to a larger group. Connection to the display screens is simple and the Wi-Fi code and joining instructions are located in all the rooms

The price provides very good value for money and we will definitely continue to use this venue for our regional meetings.

The Innovation Centre handled a 35 delegate business workshop including 4 'breakout rooms' with ease and an amazing attention to detail. Our every requirement was well understood and executed. Changes to running-order / meal / break times was never a problem for the team and there was always someone on-hand to help us. Car Parking is excellent and the lovely town of Market Harborough is just down the road. We had a perfect 2-day Event. Congratulations to the team at the Innovation centre, with special thanks to Rhianna and Donna.

Rooms are well furnished, including a big screen for presentations. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the Centre is a professional environment for meetings, in an accessible location with plenty of parking. Nice kitchen with free tea & coffee and lovely cafe with great options for lunch. All for a competitive price too and the ladies on reception are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the wifi is not great and there's a restrictive firewall. Nevertheless, highly recommended.
