Stephanie and Rosie at Harborough Mortgages have been amazing! When we first came to Stephanie we had absolutely no idea about applying for a mortgage or what we needed to do for the purchasing process. However, from that initial appointment they have made everything so stress free and have helped us with every step and could answer any of our questions. From initial enquiry to mortgage offer our experience with Harborough Mortgages has honestly been amazing! Stephanie (our main advisor) was so patient and positive when dealing with us. She provided many different quotes and options and explained them thoroughly. We feel confident in Harborough Mortgages and trust them. Every time we called someone was available and if Stephanie wasn't in anyone else we dealt with knew our case and was able to help. Stephanie and Rosie at Harborough Mortgages really are a credit to the company and profession. From the first meeting to the competition of the purchase they have assisted in every step, securing us the best mortgage deal and insurances. It took us a few months after the initial meeting to find our house. However, Stephanie was always in touch, keeping up to date on rates. There was never a question she couldn't answer and always promptly.
