Don’t think words will sum up how impressed we were with Harley’s work on our wedding day (17/08/24) / how grateful we are to have found him to photograph the day.

On a personal level, he was such a lovely guy. Super friendly, put us at ease (especially as admittedly neither of us are the kind of people that love a photo!), and fitted in so easily with our day and guests. Lots of our guests commented how nice our photographer was!!

The photos themselves were amazing - capturing all the moments we said were important to us but also so many other wonderful photos we never would have thought to ask for / never thought we would be able to capture forever! He also was there for 12+ hours…!

The style is beautiful, and he has captured the most natural, incredible moments. We also had a 35mm film done which whilst we’re yet to get back, I know it’ll be perfect.

A final note on the speed at which Harley edited 650+ photos and got them back to us - within 5 days he had done this and sent them all over! I was not expecting this at all given the majority of weddings I’ve attended I’ve been told by the couples they had to wait at least 1-3 months before getting them back.

The dedication and hard work that went in to doing this (especially when he has a family/children) we appreciate so much, and think he is such a credit to all wedding photographers out there.

You must book Harley if you’re thinking about getting married! You will not regret it.

After searching for quite some time online, I finally came across Harley’s portfolio, and from the moment I saw his work, I knew I had found the perfect photographer for our wedding. He responded promptly to my enquiry, and during our first meeting, his warm and approachable personality instantly put me at ease. He’s the kind of person who’s easy to talk to, and his genuine nature made me feel incredibly comfortable.

On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have a wedding planner, so Harley really went above and beyond. He not only captured every important moment but also helped us with countless details we hadn’t even considered. His experience shone through, as he knew exactly when and where to take the best shots, guiding us effortlessly through the day. His professionalism and calm, reassuring presence allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the moment, knowing we were in great hands.

The photos? They were nothing short of breathtaking. Every single person who has seen them has been completely blown away. I’ve been asked time and again where I found such an incredible photographer, and I can proudly say I found Harley all by myself online! The images are beyond stunning, and I feel so lucky that he was available for our wedding day—it truly felt like the stars aligned.

Harley has an extraordinary gift for capturing the moments that truly matter. For instance, there’s a beautiful shot of my mother watching me with such happiness in her eyes, and another of my father-in-law tenderly holding my hand as he worried I might trip. These are just a couple of the countless precious memories that Harley was able to capture so perfectly. He doesn’t just take photos; he preserves emotions and tells stories with his camera in a way that words simply cannot express.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Harley as our photographer. His talent, kindness, and attention to detail made our day even more special. Choosing him was one of the best decisions we made, and I cannot recommend him enough. The memories he has captured will be cherished for a lifetime, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.

No surprise that we came across Harley’s work online via his website when we were looking for a wedding photographer. The minute we saw the scope of what Harley offered, from the different cameras, style of photographs and videography, we knew we had found what we had been looking for. His uniqueness offered in the wedding video and photography package, stood out from the others we had seen.

Harley was not local to our wedding venue or area, but when asked he raised no issue with travelling, and there was only an incredibly reasonable additional charge for that, which considering the distance, was amazing.

From the minute we spoke with Harley in our introductory FaceTime, to meeting face to face on the morning of our wedding, he put us straight at ease.

Throughout the wedding day, Harley never stopped, the phrase hard working doesn’t feel enough to describe the efforts he put into the day, not only with us, but our family and friends. He captured every moment, and stolen moments that, if it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t now have as memories. Harley ensured we felt comfortable throughout the photographs, gave choices and options to us, showing his expertise and professionalism, but also considered what was best for us and considered suggestions we had.

Our family and friends couldn’t have spoken higher of Harley on the day as well - both in his professionalism and work ethic. He was also excellent with our younger guests, and in some of the photographs they weren’t in, he involved them by allowing them to be his helpers with equipment and lighting - to make sure they still felt a part of everything throughout.

Following the wedding, Harley provided us with our wedding video and photos in a matter of weeks, which was excellent service. He checked in regularly to make sure we were happy and offered to edit and tweak anything we wanted. The final products, both video and photographs are absolutely perfect, and surpassed the already high expectations we had.

We were hesitant when looking for a photographer, and especially with the costs associated. We wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable not only with the person we chose, but that they also had the ability to deliver what we had envisaged for our wedding memories.

In the build up, as part of the wedding and the days that followed, right up until weeks later when we received our negatives, Harley has been excellent. He was the definition of professional throughout, low maintenance on the day and he put an incredible effort in, making it all seamless, working well with the venue to ensure the flow was just right.

It’s no surprise that in writing this review, we couldn’t recommend Harley enough to anyone who may feel the same and are looking for a mix of both modern and traditional wedding memories, with an excellent photographer.

Harley is absolutely unbelievable. We could not have found anyone better to capture our wedding day. Our family and friends keep telling us how impressed they are at how he was able to capture every single special moment for us. When we got the photos back, we have been able to relive the entire day. He was so warm, kind, and seemed to be everywhere all at once. I am genuinely so impressed at how he was able to capture everything. He is so skilled; the photos are beautiful and perfect. Harley was also able to edit out an empty glass in the background whilst I was walking down the aisle, I didn’t even ask for this. He truly went above and beyond. I can’t fault a single thing. He was just amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion! Thank-you SO much Harley!

We absolutely loved having Harley as our wedding photographer and videographer. I highly recommend him, he goes above and beyond! He came to our venue the day before the wedding to meet us and scope out the best places for pictures. He was so easy to work with and great at communicating. Two and a half months on and being able to relive the best day of my life through the gorgeous film Harley did for us still brings me tears of happiness and joy to my heart! Harley is such a kind soul and was extremely helpful on the wedding day and in the lead up to the wedding, meeting us at the venue a few weeks prior so he would be familiar with the house and grounds. He did such an amazing job and the film and photos really speak for themselves! I couldn’t recommend Harley enough for whatever your needs might be to make your wedding day memories just PERFECT! Seriously it’s the best memory we have from the wedding!
