Asked for a high quality joint rather than their 2 for £12. Paid over the odds and quality was poor. Tough as old boots.

We went here and ordered some shoulder Lamb chops. When we cooked them they were as tough as old boots.
On taking them back,we were told we should've cooked them for FOUR hours by the gobby owner,who seems to like shouting the fact so the whole meat aisle could hear. Four hours for a lamb chop? We could've cooked a herd of sheep in that time!
Terrible customer service and terrible quality meat.

My elderly Mom made an online order and missed off her house number. Harper Meats still continued to send out the £60 order with just a postcode, debit my Mother's account and with insufficient address details the courier did not deliver the meat. After stringing us along for two weeks, they issued a letter to say it's not their problem or the couriers and their automated system of not having any quality check of address details prior to sending is the normal! I don't think so. This company have NO customer service skills, lack any empathy and are downright rude. I wouldn't advise anybody to order meat online as if anything goes wrong they won't want to know.

Quick delivery. Well packaged. Lovely variety of meats. I had the £50 hamper pack plus £49 pack with the £1 bbq add on pack. Well worth the money spent. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic, been using harper meats for a while now, everything arrives fresh and the meat is outstanding quality. The meat boxes are brilliant, but I wish you would have a section to add different pack, for example, sausage pack or a few others, we would order so much more. Hopefully in the near future you can add this to your website. ❤️

Had my first hamper from Harper’s a week ago. Awesome quality meat. Plenty for your money too. I often get meat direct from butchers or vans and go for meal deals. Usually with other companies I found the burgers or bacon was not great. With Harper’s all the meat is great quality and great tasting. I recommend them highly.

I have ordered two hamper from Harper meats. Both have been excellent. Meat looks fresh, tastes amazing. Steaks excellent, gammon amazing beef roast super tasty. Burgers are to die for, I had never eaten a burger until I cooked Harpers for my Hubby. They smelt and looked good so I tried them . Can't wait for the next one.

Only thing I would like to be able to do is make up a hamper of my choice, not necessarily free choice just pick from what is available.for example extra burgers instead of sausages or chicken instead of mince.
Not being able to do this wouldn't stop me ordering set hamper.
