Ipswich is so lucky to have this shop. We have just taken delivery of a new sofa- absolutely exceptional quality, value and comfort, the sort of sofa you dream about but don’t think you will ever find. The range of fabrics and options is unparalleled- we felt like we had a really bespoke and personal service. So flexible with delivery too, offering to store until we were ready. All staff are amazing, from Brad and his team in store through to the delivery drivers. Great that you are so central to the town centre and have customer parking too. We are so pleased to have found you and will certainly use you for all our furniture needs in the future. Thank you.

Seamless process from start to finish and the two lads that delivered the furniture were absolutely amazing! Was a difficult job to get the sofa in but we found an alternative route and they done it brilliantly! Can’t fault the service received from Harpers!

An absolutely top Family run company.
Within seconds of walking into the showroom we had someone showing us a near perfect match of a dining table colour; just from a small sample of wood, that we had spent months trying to find.
Communication spot on throughout.
The knowledge of the team is unrivalled... and the price point of the products is beyond value for money... we had found products in Nationals that were trying to charge double for not nearly half the quality or look... or customisation.
Give these guys a look before anyone else if you need any kind of furniture, can guarantee you won't need to drive to another showroom.
We will be back for future purchases, definitely!

I sought a family-run furniture store, after a disastrous experience trying to buy a 3 piece suite from a large national sofa company.
Harpers gave excellent, knowledgeable and friendly advice in store. This was backed up by polite and efficient delivery to our home. We're very happy with our leather reclining sofa and armchairs. The quality is excellent and was competitively priced. Harpers will be our first choice for future furniture purchases.

I was really impressed with the service from Harpers. We were looked after really nicely in the showroom. No hard sell. Showed us our options and allowed us time to chat & make a decision. Our bed delivery, was handled with friendly smiles and great professionalism. I recommend premium delivery it's worth extra few pounds to take away the hassle. All in all a great experience and I look forward to needing more furniture to visit again!

We had our sofa delivered today & I cannot recommend the company we used enough. We ordered our sofa in august after changing the fabric numerous times (they had too many to choose from) & then eventually changing the style of the sofa at the last minute all hassle free! We couldn’t actually take delivery of our sofa untill today due to delay getting into our house and they have stored it hassle free for us. They have been nothing but helpful from the moment we walked into their shop to today on arrival day with updating me with precise times for delivery! I just wanted to shout about them as they honestly deserve it! They have so many styles and fabrics & the sofa we chose is SO comfy. Couldn’t be happier Thankyou guys!
