Parcel has been sitting at their distribution center for just about 2 weeks now with no update on travel. This is a parcel that was sent from Germany to Australia but has managed to end up here. I tried contacting them through email with no response. Will update if my package actually leaves at some point but judging by the other reviews here, it's not looking hopeful.

Update: After sitting at their depo for nearly three weeks, my shipment got transported from the UK to my home in Australia in about 5 working days. Not sure why there was a delay at all but I'm grateful the parcel I ordered arrived in good condition.

State of the art facility located close to Heathrow airport for international deliveries. Millions of letters are parcels are processed safety and quickly everyday. Please disregard the few comments about lost items, HWDc is often shown as the first place a parcel give an update, buts it's been handled by the airport etc beforehand. My parcel cleared in less than 2 days. Every parcel I've sent abroad arrives.

So, my package arrived at the facility, and I searched up the facility to see reviews. Wow, they were horrible. I was terrified for my package. However, within 2 days and a bit over 5 hours at the facility, it was already sent to NI. Great service! I think this facility deserves a better reputation. Great job, guys!

This is by far the worst mail service there is. I felt bad not doing some research before using this service. My parcel has stucked here since more than a week ago, it says “Item leaving the UK” yet there are no further updates. Usually I use different service and it only takes 5 days to reach Indonesia, so what’s the hold up? The reviews are dreadful here I really regret using this service. Do not use Royal Mail!

UPDATE: 15/11/2024 I received my parcel today, the status after “item leaving the UK” was updated after 8 days unlike every other people, so there is hope! Thank God my parcel is safe. I edited my rating here. Credit where credit’s due.

After the parcel being stuck at this Distribution centre for about 48 days ,I received a massage from my sending address staff told me that they got this parcel withdrew.

I sent 4 large parcels from London to my Ireland living place as I would no longer live in London. I thougt it would be quick and smooth as these two countries are so close, however the 3 of 4 parclels was withdrew by RM to my London previous living place without any reasonal explaination. I have to go back to London and pick up parcels in person! And finally my LAST parcel have been stuck here for 2 weeks! Can't be more upset! Even though I bought international tracking and signing serviceI that it didn't help. Still cannot find any one in charge of this case. Anyway I will never trust Royal Mail again and will tell my friends aviod using their service!!

Why has my parcel been at Langley hwdc since 16th November, International tracked parcel to Australia for my daughter. I'm worried now as there is a list of gifts on the box and cost.
Wish i'd done my research, will never use Royal Mail international again.

Dreadful experience. They've been keeping my parcel for a week and a half prior to Christmas. So that's my Christmas gift for my husband gone, as I'm not going to embarass myself by handing it to him in the New Year. What's most concerning is the fact that despite vast majority of negative reviews posted here, the management does bu.ger all to address the appalling service the customers are receiving as it's the only thing they're receiving, surely not their parcels. Disgusting substandard practices. Shame on you.

I'd rather not give any stars. My postman collected my parcel from my home on 11th December and it has been sat at Langley since 6am on the 13th. It's now outside of it's delivery time and no way it will be in the USA in time for Christmas!!
I'm fed up with the excuse its the volume at Christmas, as we all know Christmas happens every year so where is the planning for extra staff, shifts, etc 😡😡
