On identifying a leak in the main DHW heating coil I searched for a suitable contractor. Heatxforce called me as soon as I submitted a request for a replacement bespoke coil on 13/2/23. I sent them a drawing I had made of the existing coil, as I had no manufacturer's drawings. Heatxforce communicated with me regularly & understanding the urgency of the request manufactured & delivered a replacement coil to site on 9/3/23. We fitted the coil successfully on 11/3/23. Throughout the ordering, design, manufacturing & delivery period Heatxforce demonstrated excellent communication, patience & professionalism. I would highly recommend Heatxforce for anyone looking for a reliable & professional service.
