Really good customer service. I had an issue with my headboard which they rectified straightway with no extra cost. The delivery of the bed was quick and was a simple process, they worked around my availability. The bed also looks lovely.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst company ever. First of all we ordered 3 beds from them and 2 were incorrect. The size was wrong and also the other one, the wrong material was sent. They said they would give a replacement on that following Saturday 6-8am. I waited all day for this to arrive and nothing came. On Monday I contacted them again about the delivery and they said they will delivery on Thursday with no reasoning or anything. On Thursday their delivery people arrived and let’s just say they have scraped and ruined my brand new stairs. Spoke to the company and they said that apparently the delivery people have said the stairs were damaged. The stairs were installed 2 days before so couldn’t have been damaged and I saw them with my own eyes scraping the beds down the stairs and the wood coming off. As well as this the delivery guy even said to me you can make a claim through my company. He wouldn’t say that if he knew he didn’t do it himself.

Bought a bed for our spare room from heavenly beds. We wanted something similar to our bed in the master without the hefty price tag and when I stumbled across heavenly beds I hit the jackpot. I chose my material, my headboard height and the buttons. The bed arrived promptly and was delivered by a lovely gentleman. The bed was easy to put together and looks amazing. The price they charge for these beds is great. We discovered a missing part a few months down the line and I made contact via WhatsApp. They got back to me next working day and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Even when they themselves couldn’t provide the part, they directed me to where I could get it and refunded me the money. All round great service. I have recommended them to two people looking to purchase a new bed and they will definitely be receiving their business. Thanks!

Brought this lovely grey velvet ottoman bed in small double for my son. Its a lovely bed, great quality lovely fabric and the gas lift ottoman works perfectly so very please. Will be getting another from them very soon.

Bed frame is lovely, good quality and well priced. So I would recommend. However, I would advise purchasing your mattress elsewhere as this doesn’t represent the same quality and after only 2 1/2 years my mattress is falling apart and they only offer 1 year guarantee on mattresses.

I ordered a new bed frame from Heavenly Beds recently and had a great experience. I ordered material swatches which arrived quickly, and when I contacted them to ask more questions they responded promptly and were helpful. The delivery company were also very helpful and professional. On top of all this, the bedframe is perfect and great quality - all for a very competitive price. Would highly recommend!!

The customer service is outstanding! My bed arrived as planned, quality is amazing! I've had beds from other companies, but I adore these guys and their workmanship. My daughters bed is gorgeous, such high quality, looks very expensive and I would totally order again. Thank you heavenly beds!
