Lenny Barrows in the gatehouse is the most awkward unhelpful security guard I've come across for a long while no wonder he's gained himself a few nicknames with drivers. He never fails to make the entire experience visiting this site harder and more miserable than it needs to be. The way he speaks is rude and borderline disrespectful.

“Contractors toilets” in the trailer park. You can surely contract something here! Ladies toilet used as storage. No soap. Hot water doesn’t work. The lock is broken so you better be quick about it. 75 mile walk from any other part of the plant so you better not need it until you’re about to leave.

Delivered some packaging today, first class service from the pleasant security guy to the pleasant flt driver. They even a cosy little room to sit in for the drivers now. Great improvement 👍

This place is a disaster!
The security employees are very rude, the shunters park up wherever they want ( for example in the middle of the yard by bay 12 and they do not move when need to go on the bay).
And recommend to let know your forklift drivers they could only drive the forklifts,
not to tell the HGV Drivers how to do their job!

Delivered a trailer of empty cans here for DHL Crick d(which itself has a transport office run by an absolute weapon called Indy and a massive plonker called 'uncle Mickey' ) arrived 19th June 0100 hrs delivery this place is slow to tip , nothing like at Hereford where tipping averages 20 minutes here it takes 20 years, at least it feels like it. This place could learn a lot from Hereford.

Delivered 29tons of malt today first time for me at Heineken manchester, can I say that the instructions given to me by the gate security (mr Amir Kabal)were first class and I must say a big thanks to the lady on brew House deliveries who gave brilliant tipping instructions thanks keep up the good work.
