I have just come out from a day having a full grey blending and it was amazing! I love my hair - Natalie was wonderful; so professional and knowledgeable and I am delighted. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by everyone at the salon. I have never experienced such attentive care before. The entire process, from booking my appointment to the actual hair service, was seamless. Heir was extraordinary and meticulous with everything. The online consultation form was incredibly useful, and the regular pre-appointment checklist emails were both unique and helpful. I particularly appreciated how everyone made me feel comfortable and well-cared for, especially as this was my first time having my curls professionally treated. Charlotte, my hairdresser, was absolutely lovely and gave me my first-ever curl cut! The results are fantastic, she was able to balance my hair, as one side was previously longer and thicker than the other. She was incredibly gentle whilst detangling and washing my hair. Although my hair was generally healthy, which Charlotte confirmed after the scalp and steam treatment, I noticed an immediate improvement in its condition. My hair became noticeably more hydrated and healthier-looking, and the fragrance of the products were lovely! Immediately following my appointment, I looked up the products used on my hair because they really smelled divine and left my hair feeling so soft.

Elated with my new hair. My hair had become dull and inbetween colours. Charlotte knew exactly what it needed to bring it back to life! A great baylayage maintaining the condition of my hair and all in just over two hours. Very happy with the results!!!

Had my hair done today by Charlotte, I absolutely love Heir, she is my go to hair stylist. She is incredibly friendly and talkative yet still remains so professional. I started my heir journey with Charlotte in September and she has been utterly amazing in transforming my hair. At the start of each appointment she has always asked me what I wanted to leave the appointment with and boy she never fails in achieving what I want. I cannot recommend her or heir enough. She had a lovely apprentice working with her today who was also amazing, unfortunately I do not know her name however she gave me a wonderful head massage when washing my hair which really relaxed me. Cannot recommend heir enough !

Everyone was very friendly and attentive and there’s a lovely feel to the salon. Charlotte was incredible, really listened and worked with me to get the perfect colour for me. I love both my colour and cut. Can see why Charlotte has won awards!! Would recommend a million times over!

Amazing grey transition/grey blending experience with Natalie T. She really made me feel comfortable, listened to what is important to me about my hair and talked me through the process. She spent hours getting the placement of the colour right and my hair looks and feels amazing! Would very much recommend her to anyone thinking of embracing their grey.

Always a lovely experience. New salon has such a nice feel about it. Ella does a wonderful blow dry on my hair. I get lots of compliment's on my hair since I joined the blow dry membership. I had some scalp concerns and they used the equipment. New products to help after looking at it and after a few washes my scalp is so much better. Thanks to Tilly Charlotte and Ella !

Lovely bright and friendly salon.
Would highly recommend using Heir Salon especially if you are looking to have a curly cut - Tilly really knows how to deal with and how to manage curly hair. My curls have never looked better and it has made such a difference, and after having my 1st colour at the salon I couldn’t be happier with my hair 😁
