I did my research so I knew what I needed. I phoned and spoke to Dan who came back to me with an attractive price. Once I had ordered my helmet and intercom it took less than a week before I received the email to say it was in. On arrival Dan fitted the intercom, set up the headset and paired it to my phone whilst explaining how it all worked. He offered assistance with the Bluetooth operation if ever I need it. Many thanks, first class service.

Considering that Bridport is the seaside Sunday meeting place for motorcyclists for many miles around, being closed on a Sunday seems like a missed business opportunity!

Excellent service all round. They gave me a lot of their time helping me find the right fit, specs. Also, when I found the same helmet I bought the next day on the Helmet City website £46 cheaper than what I paid in-store they immediately refunded the difference without any quibbling.

I ordered a Nolan N87 Plus online and I'm very happy over all.

When the colour that I wanted wasn't in stock I was offered a similar design and they even threw in some oxford balaclavas & and Muc off Visor, Lens & Goggle Cleaning Kit which was very nice of them.

I will continue to use helmet city for motorcycle gear in the future.
