We went for an initial look for a car at Hendy MG Crawley and met with Tom. He was incredibly helpful and informative. I liked his honest approach and humour. He kept in contact with us and kept us up to date through the whole process. On collecting the car he really spent time with me showing me the full function of the car and followed up several times after purchase to check how we were getting on. He dealt with the part exchange of our old car and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend Hendy and ask for Tom!

Lucy called us to confirm our appointment on a very busy day during their sale, when they needed to reschedule us. She accommodated our schedule and found us an appropriate appointment. She was friendly, detailed and helpful when discussing the cars and their capabilities on test drive. She made the hard sell of car dealership buying a friendly and good experience, leading to us buying on the day when we weren't sure that we would on arrival. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

I went to Hendy MG today to test drive a plug in hybrid car. Mr Aidan Lee was exceptionally friendly, polite and courteous the entire time. He was very quick and efficient going through the admin process of checking my driving licence etc. Aidan gave great directions for the test drive and I felt confident with him sitting in the passenger seat, though he may not have felt the same! All in all, a great experience

Where to start with Hendy MG Crawley. Extreme lack of communication, through calls and emails. Each time I called for an update, if I managed to get through, the story changed each time. It took 6 weeks to change rear brake pads, after my locking wheel nut key mysteriously vanished from the glove box. The workers that move the cars have zero respect for others property, they reversed my car into cones and a barrier. The next time I went there to chase them up, the barriers still leaning up against customers cars. The costs that Hendy charge, really should be questioned. I was charged over £200 more than a reputable garage for the same works, only MG software don't allow external garages to connect to the brains of the car, the garage tried two separate diagnostic machines before I was restricted to use an MG garage.
£359 for rear brake pads is crazy in my eyes.

MG HS.
Surprisingly spacious and comfortable with good boot size. Easy to drive.
We found Tom to be very informative and helpful with his advice for the motability scheme. He was patient and listened to our needs and guided accordingly. We had a good test drive and were happy to go ahead with chosen vehicle which took less than two weeks to collection. Tom has since made follow up calls and we would totally recommend him.

It has now been over 2 months that our car has been stuck at MG Crawley, and in that time it appears that only one basic battery health check has been performed, and no diagnostic tests to even try and find the actual source issue... Hate to leave a bad review, they were actually really great when it came to servicing the car not that long ago, and everyone on the phone is perfectly polite, which I appreciate, but this has gone on for way too long. Looking forward to a swift resolution.
