Aweful, keep you hanging around forever. 2 pallets to collect, waited over an hour when i was the only one here. Not at all multidrop friendly avoid at all costs, obs make too much money to give a ff

I do not recommend the company, long waiting time for loading. Notification at 11, loaded at 3. You have to wait even longer for the papers. No respect for the driver. Someone should take care of this

Very slow loading/unloading, they don't care about your tacho. No access to toilets, you may get stuck there for long hours, without basic necessities and get an infringement as well.
Their staff is very arrogant and unhelpful with outside drivers. They should care more, after all, they are building their business with help from these drivers delivering/loading from their yard. Disgraceful! 🤢🤮

The Guy who operate truck is very friendly and helpful. Loading are little bit delays but it's big company so it's okay.

I'm a customer who has been searching for a well-made chair, made by people who take pride in their research and development. Creating products that really do what they say they do, make time for their customers, and listen.

I'm a woman in my late 30's who works from home for the NHS. I have several disabilities including complex regional pain syndrome in my leg, fibromyalgia, and a rod in my back.
Comfort, support, adjustability, and inclusivity is really paramount to my needs.

I have felt so restricted as to how I could find a company where I would be able to 'try out' chairs, because of my needs being so specific, and as I don't have the space at home (without creating a potential tripping hazard) to store my current chair, and risk ordering a new one that may not be suitable.
I also wanted a really good warranty because of my permanent work from home job.

I contacted Herman Miller and spoke with Sabine and Ffion by email, with hope there would be a slim chance I would visit their HQ (which is just by chance only an hour away from me) and try their chairs.

They went above and beyond for me. Nothing was an issue. They even asked if I would need lift access (not assuming I was in a wheelchair - I'm not) and checked if someone would be accompanying me. They scheduled my visit to ensure there would be someone available to help me.

Both Sabine and Ffion were so kind and helpful, professional, and friendly.

The receptionists were lovely and friendly, and we were handed over to Danny who would be assisting us. I was able to use their toilet facilities first, and Danny showed me where the lift was. The hygiene was fantastic, and I was so impressed with the foot grabs to open doors, the posters offering employees mental health first aider access, the spacious and beautiful rooms inside. If I didn't already have such a wonderful job, I would love to work for this company! Their active commitment to environmental welfare is so evident in the workplace.

Danny was absolutely fantastic. There were no sales speeches, no forced scripts using jargon to try to convince me to buy anything, just a super friendly, professional person who had great product knowledge, and was able to provide me with the key information I needed to try the chairs. He is enthusiastic about the company, really knows what he is talking about, and allowed me to lead the experience.

After trying 6 chairs, taking my time, and allowing for going back and forth comparing, I was able to go home with a brilliant insight into now making a purchase so I can alleviate so much discomfort that has been added to my existing conditions by the chair I currently own (Songmics).

I cannot thank you all enough, I had a fantastic experience. As a disabled person, I have not once felt restricted, 'babied', or condescended. I never would have been able to make this decision without your help. Thank you so much! Sarah and Daniel, Swindon. Wiltshire.

Not a bad place to load if you arrive at your booking time,
However refused access to toilets/wash facilities due to covid instead offered a portaloo in the car park (won’t post picture of inside due to nsfw🤢)

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!! No customer service what so ever my order apparently shipped 3 days ago but NO TRACKING AND NO ONE GETTING BACK TO ME AFTER LEAVING 3 OR 4 MESSAGES ON THE PHONE AND EMAILING THEM DIRECTLY!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!
