We popped into here on a Sunday morning and after a slightly longer wait that we would have wished we were given found a table.

I ordered the Aussie (£12.50) and my wife a homemade croissant (£3). Both were excellent, my breakfast was just about perfect, creamy ripe avacado, delicious salsa macha, perfectly cooked eggs and the toast as good as it gets. It was all hot, filling and well priced.

We were sat by the window with a great outlook, and it was warm and all tables clean.

My only criticism is small but not insignificant. There were lots of lovely, smiley service people who were friendly and helpful, they just were not very attentive, so it took a while to get a table, and when we had done to get the bill.

There seemed to be lots of moving around but a lack of awareness. I am not critical of anyone and it would not stop us going back but maybe an opportunity for a bit of training.

Overall we greatly enjoyed our breakfast and look forward to returning

Atmosphere and service in the lower section of the restaurant was lovely, managed to get a table for 2 without prior booking on a Friday. A nice selection of local drinks on draught which is good to see.

Quite a broad menu so a lot of dishes to suit everyone with what looks like on the menu a focus on locally farmed/caught meats.

We ordered the sharer bread board, fish burger and Korean fried chicken. Breads and butter were both delicious, fish burger was quite nice but because the bun was toasted and fish battered the burger ending up being quite dry and heavy. It did have sauce and shredded red cabbage in it. It could of done with more sauce and maybe the cabbage being changed to lettuce as it was another dry topping.

Korean fried chicken was quite nice but a little pricey for what was on the plate. It could have with a bit more harmony with the on the plate as the little pickles felt a bit all over the place.

Definitely would go back but no in rush.

Back in Exmouth for a brief day. Now the weather was bad but the Heydays was an inviting option. Great staff good food, I had a salad, possibly could do with being a tad bigger. However I added the chicken that made it a good choice. Very clean and great views. Would be go back again, when in Exmouth, yes.

Just called in for a hot chocolate with a friend. I must say the food coming out of the kitchen looked impressive, and a neighbouring couple said it was delicious. Dog friendly, which is a must if businesses want to survive. Fantastic position on Exmouth seafront. Friendly staff, nice ambience. Nothing not to like. Will be back soon to sample the menu 😋

Popped in for lunch on a cold January Sunday. The place was busy and we were lucky to get a table. The staff were brilliant and helpful in accommodating our pushchair (containing a sleeping toddler!).
The food was delicious and sensibly priced for the location. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
A great addition to Exmouth!

Boxing day lunch for family of 15 and they absolutely nailed it! The atmosphere was relaxed and food was spot on. Love the new furnishings and the view remains incredible. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help, even though they probably would have preferred to be with their own family. 5 stars. This place is back and worth a visit!
