Thank you Zack and team at HHA MetalWorks for supplying and installing the railings to my front and back balconies. Zack and team were extremely professional and did a superb job. They were very competitive in price but the added bonus was the outstanding service received. They came and carefully measured the areas which was absolutely key as I have slightly wonky walls and flooring. They then came and did an initial fixing to get the measurements of the railings absolutely accurate, and then the railings were taken away for powder coating. The final installation was done very quickly and the guys were very respectful about keeping everything clean and tidy. The end product was outstanding and the balcony railings are all aligned and precise. There are a lot of companies out there who require you to submit measurements and do not come for onsite visits. Based on my experience having an onsite visit to get the measurements accurate is key when undertaking this type of work. The fitters and the end product were superb.

We had a great experience with HHA Metal Works. Zack responded to my initial enquiry and came to measure the space very quickly. He also returned with a colleague to double check measurements. The whole process from enquiry to installation was completed within 4 weeks. Zack is very friendly, helpful and professional and was very open to adapting the design of the gate to suit our preferences, and kept us updated on progress all the way - including sharing images whilst the gate was being constructed. HHA Metal Works - 100% recommend!!!! This is a 100% genuine review from a genuine customer. Following extensive development on our family plot, the garden required a retaining wall to be built. It was higher than expected (aprx 1.5m in height) and therefore required railings running along for safety. I did not think this would be so challenging. First I looked at off the shelf railings from DIY chain stores, which did not tall or sturdy enough. I then spent two days calling & emailing various quality railing companies who all declined the task because their railings had not been strength tested and would not be suitable for a drop, even a small one. One company advised they could do it with an 8week turn around. I was starting to become worried. I found HHA Metals from Google, and got through to Zack. He amazingly said he would pop over that afternoon!!!. To my absolute delight he came over, assessed the job and he gave me a 2 x week turn around, within a price bracket not too far off the previous quotes I had been given from companies offering unsuitable or lengthy timescales. Zack advised the height required to pass building regs (which I did not realise was an issue for this garden wall). He also recommended I select a range from his staircase range.
We opted for a classic simple, black railing with hand rails.
They were fitted today (only 1.5weeks later!) and they are stunning. Even the builders who were on site were impressed that they were welding and touching up during the fitting process.

Please do not hesitate in contacting HHA Metalworks for any sized job. Ours was a small job, however was still treated with upmost professionalism and support.
