Samantha, Elliot and Tony were all courteous and helpful and very efficient. I am very well satisfied with the way that the job was carried out and with the final installation. I have just had a stairlift installed for my father and we are very pleased with this Higher Elevation. Paul came out to do the initial quote with no hard-sell and no repeating calls until we had made a decision. Paul then did the electronic survey and we paid the deposit as the lift rail had to be made-to-measure. We were then notified of a date for the installation about four weeks later and Paul did the installation in about four hours with the help of a colleague. The lift is great, installation very neat and tidy and they demonstrated and explained everything we needed to know. It is taking my 91 year old father a little time to get used to getting in and out with moving the armrests, putting the seat belt on etc but he's getting there. Can't fault Higher Elevation so far and would highly recommend...

After my grandmothers stairlift ceased working, I called Higher Elevation - within 24hrs, they had sent an engineer to check the fault and provide options for repair. We chose a reconditioned unit and within 3 days they had a contractor out to survey the house - this was fitted within 4 days. Throughout, communication has been excellent and their customer support is first class. We will be taking out a service contract with them to ensure the same does not happen again. Extremely grateful for your work!

The team at Higher Elevation have been fantastic from the moment we first spoke to them.

Nash guided my Grandparents through the options and install process answering a long list of questions and putting them at ease.

Caroline was super efficient and helpful with arranging payments, the dates for the installation and seat colour options, and the engineer who undertook the works took time to explain how the chair operated along with all of the safety features.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and I know that my Grandparents have told all of their friends about how great Higher Elevation are and how painless they made the whole experience.

Higher Elevation carried out a much needed chairlift installation giving my mother her independance and mobility in her home.
Their attentiveness from survey to install was both professional and excellent. We have also chosen their service support which has equally been provided with dedication and sympathy of my mothers needs. Fabulous after sales and friendly service. A great team effort and speedy delivery.

Great service, very professional. The initial meeting was very thorough, they were the only company to measure my mother to tailor the chair to her size and ask about how she would use the lift. The installer was very respectful, tidy and punctual. They were not the cheapest but I think we made the right decision.

From start to finish Higher Elevation provided a first class service. Their initial visit was within 24 hours of first contacting them, and the survey and installation followed to schedule. Their pricing was accurate with no hidden extras, and they maintained contact throughout the period.
As well as installing a stair lift which fully meets requirements, two things stand out which happily exceeded my expectations. The first is that Nash, as the salesman and surveyor, was the only one of four people to visit and provide quotes who actually showed any interest in my mother as the person who would be using the stair lift. The second is that James who installed the stair lift had prepared a risk assessment for the installation, which underlined to me the professionalism of this company and their interest in my mother's well-being while the stair lift was being installed. He was also meticulous in configuring the stair lift to provide the optimum ride, tidy in his work and patient when explaining its usage to my mother and I.
Five stars for Higher Elevation and I am pleased to recommend them.
