Very comfortable, and the sleep quality is very good! Bought the adjustopeadic from DBFC Sunderland in December. I had the Nautilus, a year back but donated it to the BHF. Although expensive, I have seem have found my mattress type.

I have the Nautilus 1000 Mattress. I actually bought from a second hand shop. One of the best i have slept on. It must be my type of mattress, although I do toss and turn on it before sleeping.

the Healthopaedic Zero Gravity pillow is the best! I have problems with my neck and I can't remember when was the last time I slept comfortably. This pillow supports you and allows you to find a comfortable position even if you sleep on the side. It doesn't get too warm, and it feels weightless. I highly recommend both the pillow and Highgate Beds Ltd.

Bought a brand new king size mattress made by Highgate beds from a local Devon based retailer, and within a couple months the softness has disappeared meaning a very hard surface to sleep on. It would seem the materials used are of poor quality. This is now a 2nd mattress made by Highgate beds as the 1st one was purchased from a different Devon retailer. Just be careful don't be fooled by the softness you feel in the shop!

I bought a Assenza Divan Bed in 2016. 3 years on, it is falling to pieces. This is not a cheap bed. I reported this to the manufacturer and they said it was only guaranteed for 12 months. If you want a longer guarantee DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Plenty more companies offering minimum 5 years. Most are 10 years. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Further to Steven Machin's review. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THIS COMPANY'S MATRESSES!!! My wife and I purchased one of their matresses less than two years ago form a retailer in Darlington that ceased trading a year or so ago. It clearly states on the matress that it comes with a 5 year warranty. I've been chasing Highgate for 3 weeks now and today I have finally had an answer from them. "The matress only has a 1 year warranty and their contract of purchase is with the company we purchased it from - not us!!" I have spoken with the National Bed Federation - who Highgate are a member of - and they have stated that this matress has a 'MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY'. To be frank, their attitude towards my complaint stunk and leaves a lot to be desired. So now it's a case of pursuing what we are entitled to under the consumer rights act of 2015.

On the 15th May 2016, my wife and I bought a custom made bed and matress (6ft wide x 7ft long) at a cost of £1875.00.

After three years the matress developed a large ridge down the middle, which is evident even if the matress is turned. The matress is now uncomfortable to sleep on and having spent almost £2000 on the bed feel that this should not be happening to a superior matress design such as the Highgate Pocket 2000.

I have contacted Highgate this morning and informed them of the ridge in the matress, who did reply but enforced their statutory 12 month guaruntee, where as others manufacturers offer a 5 or 10 year guarantee.

I would suggest if you are looking to buy a matress that will last more than three years, choose a supplier who offer a longer guaruntee and has better customer service.
