We recently purchased pvc panels and windows from Highseal to build a bespoke boot room at our home. My husband got 3 different quotes all of which were very similar, Highseal however were so professional that we were impressed at every stage of our dealings with them. The quote was prompt and expertly detailed. The communication via email and telephone was both professional and timely. Even at the point of collection we were so grateful for the help in the yard to load everything.. we didn’t really expect that at all.
Overall exemplary service and above all an excellent product. We can’t rate them highly enough.

This review would have been 5 star as your service has been very good, however I have taken a star off for the original French doors. As I said we have been having issues with a set of French doors on the rear of our property and highseal had been out to theses under warranty on at least four occasions. Steve has been the fitter on the last 3 visits and he has managed to get the doors working on each occasion, but 3/4 weeks later after each visit we have been back to square one as the doors would not lock again. I spoke with the developer, on each occasion and to highseals credit they did try and put the issues right. However I felt enough was enough and asked our developer to state we would like new doors to be fitted as this was a reaccuring issue and we needed to be able to lock our doors, the developer was not that interested really but put me in contact with highseal, who were very good and quick at resolving the issue from here in.I received a phone call from a lady, who it later turned out to be Sue Donaldson, the owner of the company, she was apologetic for the trouble we had been having and reassured me it would be sorted as they believed in good customer service and would not run away from issues. Sue was true to her word and I can not speak highly enough of her. She had her operations manager Brian Robinson at my house the next day and he confirmed that the doors were not of the standard they are usually and there and then authorised new doors. 1 week later Steve is back fitting the whole new door unit and a fantastic job he has done of it today. This guy is a credit to your company. Thank you Sue, Brian and Steve, as I write this the doors look good, fit well and also lock. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AS PROMISED BY SUE.

I’ve been buying my windows and doors from here for the last 10 years. Always happy with the products, service, and especially the people I deal with on a day to day basis. Very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. I especially like that if I make a mistake with my measurements I can get a replacement made within a few hours. I often get asked to change suppliers but I wouldn’t because of my relationship I have with Highseal. Well done guys keep up the good work.

Whilst I cannot fault the actual product so far (only been installed 2 weeks) the customer service and communication is very poor. I was constantly chasing a response to my e-mails when we very first placed the order, when the order came we were short one window and then I had to chase the re delivery of this.

We placed over £9,000 worth of order and when we came to install the windows (3 months later due to build delays) we were short two trickle vents. I called the company and informed them and was told they could send them out to us. Then I got a e-mail next day with a invoice and was told that as so long had passed they would not send them out to us without us paying for them, even though they were the ones who did not send them in the first place. So I then had to pay £22 for vents to be posted to me that should have come with the initial order anyway.

I also then asked for VAT receipts and was sent invoices instead and told that they would not provide anything further. Such a shame as we have another upcoming project I wanted to match the windows too but would rather go elsewhere where communication and service are key.

Highseal fitted us 2 new windows for our bathroom and downstairs toilet - they were very quick to respond with quotes etc. and kept us up-to-date throughout. Overall a very professional company who go above and beyond to provide an efficient service and high quality windows.
