I brought a Wagner 450R I used it once thought I'd cleaned it out properly after watching YouTube about 3 or 4 times the nanny to find out 18 months later I had blocked it they put me onto a young fellow called Josh who I would say was very helps helpful and within 6 working days they fixed it on the warranty which I was absolutely gobsmacked about and send it to me
I would 100% send anything which this firms deals with 100% confidence. I have had a big cheesy grin on my face all day because I am so happy that I didn't end up being in 480 quids worth of sprayer I' was thinking of taking the hammer to it . So thank you very very much

I have been dealing with Hi-Tec spray for a number of years now. In particular, Aaron who is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to always help! Last year i experienced problems with a Wagner airless sprayer, Hi-Tec were on 'the ball' and quickly and efficiency sorted all problems and freight out! Absolutely brilliant customer service.

I had an issue with my Graco GX21, contacted the sales manager (Jonny) and returned my machine under warranty. They replied back the next day to say it would be replaced with a new machine.
Turn around was super fast, keeping my downtime to a minimum.

Can’t thank them enough for a fantastic service. Will definitely be getting all my equipment from Hi-Tech Spray in the future.

I ordered the spraygun with shipping to EU.
Paid £410 plus €108 for duties and taxes.
Additionally I had to purchase an emergency second spraygun for £200 to get the job done in time.
One month has passed since shipping and I'm still without the spraygun and without the money.
Sent 31 emails to DPD(UK), DPD(DE), DPD(CZ), DPD(FR), Chronopost(FR) without any luck.

I'm giving the review here and not to DPD because it's the sender's responsibility initiate the parcel search process - not a consignee.
It's a sender/shop's responsibility to manage successful parcel delivery or to solve potential delivery problems.

Will update the review if it ever get sorted out.
