Lovely little Hobbycraft store. I've been to a few and some I find too large to find what I need, this one is just the right size. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The supplied me with some milliput and some enamel paint to repair my 'Ben' garden gnome.

Great shop for craft and art lovers, part of a chain. This is a smaller version that those found in Oxford or Swindon, but still with fantastic selection, perfect when you need something specific and don't want to spend a lot of time.
Has easy access from carpark, wheelchair/pushchair friendly (although would be useful to call and check if you need to come in with one, seemed tight).
Very friendly staff.

It is situated in a shopping mall outside city centre, where there is other known shops including Poundland, KFC drive-through and more.
Free parking outside, could get busy at times.

What a lovely and simple gesture. I was on 2 hours driving journey and was not able to locate bathroom anywhere, I walked into shop and greeted this lovely assistant who without even hesitation when asked if they have customer bathroom advised that they do not, but she would ask manager if I could still use it. I may not have bought anything that day, but the gesture and without any hesitation helping attitude that she has provided and with such genuineness to a stranger it left me smiling for the rest of my day. Thank you to lovely staff there and I hope every single staff there is like that, you would go very far with that sort of attitude ! <3

Very friendly staff. I was worried they didn't have what I wanted. So I asked a member of staff they pointed me the wright way.

Will be visiting again. Clean and tidy shop.

What a lovely store filled with so many crafts. Small but the selections are perfect. Sadly one of there team member I found very condescending “Julie” she was not helpful and sadly left the store without purchasing anything. Don’t worry I will be back hopefully she will not be there
