Wonderful old character farm cottages, very old thatched farmhouse quirky old beams low ceilings, very comfortable with large open kitchen and dining room. Nice outdoor space plenty of room for large families. Direct access to Dartmoor from the end of the lane. Highly recommended

Beautiful views! Chose our own Christmas trees growing in the field and had them freshly cut. All sizes and three different varieties available to choose from.

If you like to stay in unusual quirky buildings this thatched Grade l listed building would be ideal for you. It is situated in a quiet backwater on Dartmoor near to the lovely town of Chagford.

My family used to live in collyhole farm back in the 16 and 17 hundreds. My family tree shows local Baptism record from St Michael's Church in chagford. Under the registry is says they had lived at hole farm for 2 or 3 generations. So awesome and amazing that I can find this location on Google maps

Lovely place furniture needs to be updated as very uncomfortable especially in the cottage well equipped kitchen if you are travelling with an elderly person might not be suitable as stairs are steep and could be a problem which is understandable giving the age of the property don't expect any TV service but we made our own entertainment storage heater in sitting room did not work but plug in heaters provided all in all was a fair holiday
