Called this morning regarding my fridge freezer which had suddenly stopped working whilst i was away, the gentleman I spoke to explained there would be a £25 call out charge which would be taken off the cost of the repair, his engineer arrived less than 2 hours later and fixed a loose power connection within 5 minutes and only charged the call out fee. Excellent customer service with a prompt attendance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repairs and have saved their number for any other appliance related issues we may have in the future.

Our cooker hood motor had failed and, while other repair companies weren't interested in helping us - saying we should just replace the whole hood - HAS took on the repair. The man on the phone was really helpful and his communication was excellent throughout. The engineer was always on time, professional, and proficient. The cost was very reasonable and way cheaper than the purchase and fitting of a replacement hood. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic. Professional and curteous. Rang several times prior to attending to make sure that he had the correct part in stock and to give a comprehensive quote. Rang again when he was setting off to confirm my details. Once he arrived he was very polite and even said hi to my little boy who was sitting in the front room.

The job was done within minutes, old part was removed and oven was left exactly as found with no mess. Highly recommended for a thorough, friendly and exceptional service. I had to ask if I could review! Will definitely be using again in future! Days before Christmas my oven couldn’t have broken at a worse time. Thank you for saving the day!
