I have to say market harborough homebase provides an excellent service. A big shout out to Steve who went above and beyond to help resolve a problem with a defective part to a tap. He even dropped off a replacement part on his way home from work!

How are you actually supposed to shop?
You can't get a trolley down most of the aisles, let alone and wheelchair for disabled users. I think someone should look at this with a bigger perspective of what the shopper needs.

Had a click and collect from here, no prior warning that there is a parking charge and had to pay for 2 hours of parking to be in store for only 2 minutes. Quite disappointed that this is not mentioned before placing an order online. There are a few spaces marked free for 30 minutes but these are not clearly marked and none were available. Will go somewhere more convenient in future.

I needed some paint and equipment so I popped to homebase at mkt harbourgh
I was assisted by a lady called Mandy
Not only was she very helpful but extremely polite as well which is a rare thing now days
Mandy couldn't have been more helpful will definitely return again in the future

Bought a bin storage box & as luck would have it, after finally getting it home we find one of the panels is damaged! Really hoping we don’t have to repack the whole thing etc I called the store and spoke with Mandy who was an absolute Angel! She offered to try & help & told me she would call back in 15mins to confirm… she called back way before that & confirmed everything was sorted & ready for me. Mandy called again later in the day to advise that her shift was over but she had let all the staff know… what can I say but WOW! What exceptional service! Mandy was so polite, kind & helpful… & she really went above and beyond! Thank you! I really do hope she gets the recognition she deserves from Homebase ❤️
