Ordered the shed 13/04/2021 with the intention that it would come within 15 days as advertised on the website. After paying for it and canceling my previous order with another company simply because the wait time was too long I spoke to a nice lady on the phone where I was told it would actually come within 25 days which was still okay for me as long as it wasn’t any more. For 3 whole weeks I contacted them to get updates simply to avoid any delays as the shed was for business purposes and I’ve paid double the money now as this company was more expensive. The upcoming week I was supposed to receive my shed I contacted them for a actual date when I was told it was now pushed again!! For another two weeks! Now if it wasn’t for business purposes it would not be that serious but the fact I paid more and contacted them often to avoid this was extremely inconvenient because now I believe it will get pushed back again as they lost my trust as a customer. And I understand we’re still in a pandemic but factor that and don’t false advertise. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because of the sales team and their constant communication they have with me despite the inconvenience of the company themselves. I will keep this review updated !

Be careful with this company. It is the sister company and Sheds First in Bedford. Same girl answers the phone for both. They delivered a shed ( with the roof wrongly made). My brother fixed this but they delivered the wrong door ( we got the door from another delivery failure in Somerset).

They fail to respond to contacts without lots of pushing. Still waiting for door. Will be taking legal action 8f not fixed in the next 20 days.

we are delighted with the shed we ordered.. it arrived on time and was assembled with swiftly by a driver who was both pleasant and
efficient.
my only criticism would be the supply of only black roofing felt...it would have nice to have had green but that option wasn't available.
I would recommend this supplier...very easy to deal with

Awful. Avoid.
Paid for trampoline and waited for it to be delivered. When it wasn’t delivered I called only to be informed that the product was out of stock. It stayed it was in stock on the website and I paid in full for it. When I asked when will it be back in stock I was told maybe three weeks. They are not sure. I was offered to pre order even though the money has already be taken from my bank. Still waiting to be informed of when the trampoline will arrive even though the company has already received my money. Lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing.

Ordered this item a small greenhouse Lean to on the 7th of April I was told
the order is with the delivery team.
After a few weeks I had to contact the seller and was informed they were waiting for contact from the delivery team.
Each time I made contact with the seller it’s the same story they don’t seem to know what is going on.
I have received a large amount of plant plugs to put into the cold frame
they will probably die due to the cold weather.
What makes angry is that they never contact me it’s always the other way round,If it’s not delivered within the next few day I will cancel they have had full payment on the 7th of April.

Order no. 602381-Utter Shambles.
This company needs to get it's act together. They only get one star because my item was at least delivered within the time stated, however that's where the good experience ends for me. The guy delivered the items and I even had a courtesy call from one of the team to say that it was being delivered however once the item was delivered the experience went down hill rapidly.
I ordered a 3 x 2 wooden mini greenhouse here is what was wrong initially.

*Product packaging poor and glass supplied loose.

*The website clearly states that there is 'full fitting instructions' on how to build it and there was none which was explained to me by the delivery man which is no good to know then.

* The felt for the roof was missing and the website clearly shows it and states it is supplied with felt.

*The shelves were made from MDF and the website says and showed them made of wooden slats.

So got in touch with Homeberry to ask them to rectify the problem which they duly sent within 2 weeks. They supplied new shelves made from correct material and some felt.

Having tried to construct it this weekend I find the new shelves have been made oversize so that the doors will not close if I fit them. No worries I think I can make some minor adjustments to make them fit as I am an engineer.
I come to fitting the roof and find that it too is to has been made the wrong size. The roof has been made the exact width of the building which means it provides no overhang and the website clearly shows an overhang.
I have also measured the glass supplied and the length is the exact size of the aperture which means I will have to force the glass in and risk smashing it to get it in. The glass needs to have adequate clearance giving the wooden frame a chance to expand and contract, if not it will shatter the glass. In addition one of the doors is bowed, so even if the shelves did fit, the doors would not close.

As I have explained I am not impressed by the quality and workmanship in the product.
I hope this is an isolated case and now hand over to customer services to arrange free installation to finish the job and they will need to bring equipped with the following:
*New roof to provide the correct overhang
*Glass cutter/new glass to ensure adequate clearance so that they don't have to smash the glass to get it in.
*Adequate fettling tools to adjust the door and shelving

I am sure that Homeberry will jump at this opportunity to rectify this situation for which I am more than happy to report back on here.

At the moment I have some lumps of wood in my garden for which I have paid over £500 for.

If anyone out there is thinking of using this company my advice is DON'T!!
At the beginning of April I bought a chicken coop that I saw advertised by Homeberry. I paid almost £350. Next day, a phone call saying it's no longer available AND your reimbursement could take 30 days! From then on I was unable to contact them by telephone, very convenient! Many emails later from me (very few from them) still nothing, no payment. However, a variety of excuses did come forth, ' we had to pass the matter to our finance dept.' and ,'there has been a 'glitch' in our system.' The best was continually used, 'I refer as per our 30 days, as stated in our terms and conditions.' There has never been an out and out apology or real explanation. I am well aware of the unusual circumstances that exist at the moment but I do not think that can be used as an excuse. If they advertise a product it should be available and if a mistake is made the reimbursement should be immediate. Homeberry did neither. Amazingly the product is still advertised!!!

Ordered and paid for item that had 4 in stock .
Waited three weeks ... had to chase to find out where it was , to be told there were none left , and I’d have to wait upto 30 days to get money back.
I thought selling items you didn’t own was fraud ?.... certainly poor business practice .... Still awaiting my money back for the non existent goods
