We have had several dealings with Graham at the Launceston branch of Horizon Home Improvements, and each time, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Outstanding quality at an outstanding price.
The tradesmen were polite, professional and a pleasure to speak to. They explained the process and time it would take from start to finish. The work carried out was professionally and they clean up after themselves to the point were the area was cleaner than when they started.

Replacement door. My 88 yr old mother in Penzance needed a new external door. I communicated remotely with Horizon team. They visited the site, measured and finalised the requirements with my mother. Manufacturing took a while but once ready the team again coordinated the installation date and time with updates due to weather delays.
Team that installed did a great job including ensuring the handle was at a more suitable height than the old door. Accessibility handles were refitted.
Overall she was very happy with the ordering and installation. We would recommend them.

Horizon employees have just left our home after fitting four large tilt and turn windows.
They used plastic sticky matting that kept our carpets clean and dry while coming in and out of house, all paper towels were used to clean glass and frames, clean for each window, no dirty rags.
Very hygienic.
We are very pleased with the windows they are exactly what we wanted and the survey listened to all my requests.
The two fitter Sam and Duncan are two extremely knowledgeable men and the windows were fitted with minimal disruption.
Thank you Sam and Duncan , you left our home clean and tidy with all windows and glass sparkling clean , great job well done.

Just had a set of aluminium bifold doors installed by Horizon. Start to finish they did a cracking job. Quicker lead time than others and a longer warranty as due to the height other suppliers could only give a 5 year warranty not 10 which Horizon were able to provide.

We had six glazed units replaced in their frames in our lounge. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. We were kept informed regularly as to the progress of our order, and the units were delivered two weeks ahead of the expected due date. The fitters were friendly, efficient and careful to ensure no footprints or mess were left on our cream coloured carpet. They ensured the new glazed units were sparkling clean before they left and took away the old units leaving nothing behind. I would happily recommend this company to anyone considering replacement window units.

After numerous quotes for the front porch to be double glazed we chose Horizon Home Improvements. They arrived when they said they would for a quote. The representative was smartly turned out, professional and polite.

We received a professional quote with relevant measurements and plans at a competitive price. When you are spending a lot of money you want the job done right with a company you feel confident will deliver what you want.

A survey was conducted and work commenced as agreed. The two fitters arrived and commenced work. They are a credit to Horizon for their professionalism and skill in carrying out the building of the porch. It was evident that they took pride in the work they were doing by the attention to detail and the finished product shows this.

From start to finish we felt complete confidence in Horizon Home Improvements because in all contact with the company it is evident that they are a truly professional firm in what they do. There is a culture of taking pride in the work they do and in making sure the satisfaction of the customer is met.
