We needed a bespoke curved seating area for a frame that had already been built by our kitchen fitters. Many upholsterers were wary of the job as it wasn't their frame but Brittany assured us that whilst they would have preferred to have created the frame, House of bespoke would still be able to deliver what we wanted.

Brittany was fantastic in reassuring us with the design and colour that definitely helped us realise our vision. The kitchen needed an extra spark for the wow value and the seating they created for us really delivers on that.

The finish and attention to detail is what really sets them apart and we are exceptionally pleased with the end product.

We're now looking forward to Brittany helping us with other projects in the house!

House of Bespoke just saved our Christmas. After ordering a sofa and being let down by another manufacturer who promised the earth and then couldn't deliver before Christmas I contacted House of Bespoke via Instagram and had a reply the same day and a phone call where I went through the sizes and fabric style that we wanted. I sent in a photo of what we needed as the sofa was not something we could walk into a shop and buy and was sent a quote the next day which was under what we had originally been quoted so we placed the order. Eight weeks later the sofa was delivered and we are so happy with the quality and workmanship and would highly recommend House of Bespoke.

Very shocked that I am the first to write a bad review on this company. I have never in my life experienced such plain ignorant and awful customer service! I paid £2800 for sets of drawers in MAY and they was quick enough responding to take our money from us. There was no communication whatsoever on their part on when the drawers would be done, how everything was getting on after MULTIPLE messages via Instagram on just a simple update that everything was going ahead (I didn’t care if they was delayed/not started yet but just simple communication of this would of been nice) After asking for a refund the owner of the company only then got in contact and apologised on behalf of her teams awful lack of communication and was told that going forward she would handle it, they would be with us 7-10 days later and offering complimentary cushions as a gesture. Only then for her to blank our calls and messages herself 7 days later! Once again I messaged the Instagram only for them to ignore me again for a couple days while posting stories/posts as well as replying to customers on the comments (apparently these are scheduled posts/replies, which is rubbish because as soon as we commented under their posts they got in touch with us and deleted them, obviously not wanting potential customers so read of their ignorance)
When finally receiving the drawers the nice company they partnered with who made them starting putting up them up however they were not the ones we ordered because they were sent them over the wrong picture. Not to mention we didn’t receive the ‘complimentary cushions’.

I hope this review aids others thinking of spending a lot of money on sets of drawers/furniture to look elsewhere because as pretty and professional as it seems on Instagram this is not the case.

Just to add I have never once written a bad review on anything would never if I didn’t believe it should be said but this as a whole was just ridiculous. Laughable that if they would have just told me about the delays and communicated instead of ignoring constantly there wouldn’t have been an issue!

Exceeded expectations and more!

My heart was set on my nursery being created by none other than House Of Bespoke after seeing a gorgeous cloud mural created by the company online.

Brittney is so talented, hard working and polite. I was more than happy to shoot off to work and leave her to transform my home.

My daughters nursery looks absolutely incredible, I couldn’t have created a nursery half as beautiful as house of bespoke.

Brittany was an absolute star all the way through — keeping me updated on delivery times and the build. There was no pressure. Fantastic communication and would 100% trust to use again and recommend to family and friends.
