This is the second time we have worked with Chris and his team at HSB Mass.
Once again they have delivered a fantastic project and we are really happy with the result.
Chris was very flexible and accommodating, and worked with us to ensure the project stayed within budget.

HSB have been absolutely brilliant over the last few years. We've worked with them three times. They put in a gorgeous new bathroom in our flat. Then they converted our separate kitchen and living room into an open plan with a complext tile design. They did a brilliant job, so we went back to them to gut our new place's kitchen this year. They re-insulated, installed the new kitchen including new wooden floor, underfloor heating, a hood integrated into the ceiling and waste disposal. Chris is really helpful with suggestions as well as making what might feel like the impossible possible. And his team are brilliant at their respective jobs. As soon as we can afford to re-do our bathroom they'll be getting another phone call from us!

Chris and team remodelled our kitchen diner in summer 2023. They took out a wall, widened an exit to the garden, closed another, and did all the jobs that came with it. That included plumbing, electrical installations, windows and doors, some carpentry, flooring, tiling, decorating, etc and finally installing the kitchen and appliances. We couldn’t be more happy with their work. Chris project managed and communication was always really quick and to the point. There was a lead onsite who was a real Allrounder who ensured a great standard of work across all the different jobs, that the project kept flowing at all times and there were no major gaps between jobs and crafts and would be able to help with practical advice as we had to make decisions. We’ll have more work in the coming years and are sure to come back to Chris and team.

We had our roof repaired by Chris and his team at the beginning of November and are very pleased with the work.
Chris was easy to contact, quick to respond and knowledgeable in his field. We welcomed his advice, after being let down by 2 roofers who failed to fix the leaks.
His team were always punctual and polite, taking pride in their work and very conscientious.
They cleaned up carefully, removing all rubbish on completion of the job. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We had such a positive experience with Chris and his team. They did our loft extension initially and then we employed them again to do a downstairs side return and internal re-fit of our ground and first floors. The team were excellent in all aspects - arriving on time, keeping the site clean, providing really good and open communication and most importantly, an excellent standard of work. We are one year in to living in our completed home and are so pleased with the results and have recommended Chris and his team to many of our friends.
