HsL classic sofa and two chairs purchased nearly 12 months ago but I’m sad to say that it’s very uncomfortable, cost me thousands of pounds ,we did try it out in the show room and thought it was a good purchase for us at the time ,we did want something that were supportive and easy to get off either chair or sofa with us both nearly 80 years old , so please take your time when trying and testing the furniture before buying .
I do not blame the staff at the showroom for any of the above ,we were not pressurised in any way,in fact they were excellent and very accommodating,

Spent several thousands on a 4 price suite, parts missing and gliders not positioned properly ( glider issue noticed after delivery).
Trying to arrange for rep to come round to correct is ridiculous.
Head office give a date, you then have to wait for the rep to call'nearer the time', asked what that meant and advised the day before and that is the only time they could confirm morning or afternoon, so if not suitable you have to go through the whole clumsy process. Not good customer service.
Granted, everyone is very polite when advising you they can't help any more than that.
Very disappointed.

We have just had delivered today our new three seater sofa & two arm chairs. The original order was placed in Chester. From start to finish Jean & myself can not fault, Both the quality of service which all of your staff have provided. They have all been polite, very helpful, and listen to your needs and advise you accordingly on which type of furniture suits you best.
We must complement your two delivery staff, Who had, Some what of a of nightmare removing our old furniture, due to its size and its shape, narrow angles, and tight doorways.
Due to there vast knowledge and experience of coming across problems of this nature before. They persevered and managed to get it through our rear patio doors and through our integral garage, Which was a bit like the krypton factor assault course.

We Bought Our New Electric Reclining Chair's He ,The Sales Assistant Lady Came To The Flat And Showed Use A Manual Reclining Chair's And An Electric Reclining Chair's But We Went For The Electric Reclining Chair's As They're Easier To Operate The Buttons Switchers We Had To Wait Several Weeks Before They Where Delivered And They Are Much Better Then The Manual Reclining Chair's We Got From Kettleys Of YEADON Which Were Very Expensive And No Free Arm Protectors They Are Extra Charge For Theses .
