We visited the Warrington store for a comfortable chair for my elderly mother after a short stay in hospital. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and advised us of the correct chair and size without any pressure. Our visit to the Warrington showroom was conducted with due attention to Covid safety regulations. Yvonne our designated comfort advisor was extremely helpful in demonstrating the items we were looking for and advising on all aspects of the various designs and fabrics available. There was no rush as we had made an appointment and we were made to feel at home whilst trying out various chairs and sofas for personal comfort. The whole experience was a joy to have and I would fully recommend a visit if in need of replacement furniture.

Yvonne and the team at the Warrington store greeted us at the door, made us feel welcome, instinctively guided us to the most suitable chair. After offering us both a drink, she did a proper seating assessment, and we were pleased to hear that all the staff had been trained by an Occupational Therapist. It was refreshing that we weren't bombarded by target-driven, commission-led sales people but Comfort Specialists whose first interest was to make sure we chose the best chair for us, not the most profitable for them. We were about to leave, and I asked if they knew of anywhere they'd recommend for a bed. They sell beds too! They're adjustable and come in 3 different degrees of softness, and like the chairs are all made in the UK. We are so glad we found the store!

We would like to thank Yvonne and Selina for such a safe and welcoming experience today. The time and patience they showed while fitting the chair to suit my needs and comfort. They did not rush us just offered us refreshment. They also did not push us into a sale, The chair was wonderful.

Decent store. Much to look around and see. There is a wide range of furniture. The place seems a little empty, maybe because it has not been updated on Google until now. There is ample parking and even has a couple of electric car charges at the front of the store.

i visited the warrington store on Saturday 2nd February 2019 with my father who has recently suffered a stroke the staff very extremely welcoming and the service from them both was excellent we were looked after by mandy who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the fitting and size of chair that my father needed and both were extremely patient as we were there over an hour high recommend this store
