Bought an iPhone from here 4 days ago and overnight the button stopped working. No big deal I thought it should still be in some sort of a warranty, so I took the phone in with the receipt and told them to only be told it’s not their fault and was in fact my fault. Would not recommend this shop unless you want to be blamed for a problem that isn’t your fault

Visited today and was made to feel like I was conning them while selling a smart watch. Was repeatedly asked why I was selling to them then not even allowed to finish my sentence to explain. The actual reason I wanted to sell to them before trying CEX was because a few months ago they gave my non tech savey mother a great service and advice when they easily could have ripped her off. For whatever reason CEX later offered me £50 more just wanted to give them first offer on an excellent condition product. I will not be returning. The issue is not the amount they offered me but how they made me feel as if I was trying to rip them off.

Definitely, I do not recommend. I have waited for 2 weeks, for my sons nintendo switch to be repaired. It was not repaired at the end.
Every time I called them, they were waiting for a new part. i regret to choose this shop. Probably their proficiency is about smart phones.

Avoid this shop at all cost!!!

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max from this shop and give them my old phone which they valves it at £65 the phone was £445, which I gave them £380 cash plus my old phone,

The new phone I bought was dodgey didn’t have an genuine iPhone screen on so it wasn’t working correctly,
I took this phone back to the shop, they wouldn’t give me my money back for the dodgey phone they had sold me and would only buy the phone for £200 so I’ve lost £180 there and when I asked for the £65 back for my phone they wouldn’t give me the money and said it’s at tye factory, so told them I want my phone back…

I went to get my phone today and I had to pay £100 to get my phone back cause they had taken the back off the phone, obviously I wasn’t paying this £100 for my own phone back, so my only option was the phone shop give me a case for my old phone,

So they have robbed me of £245 which is a lot of money I’m 17 years old and it had taken me a long time to save this money up

Please avoid this shop at all cost nothing but rip you off!!!!!!!
