Could not recommend this place more, the depot itself is more for trades people, but you are not required to have a trade or membership to shop here. We ordered our wood for making a decking and saved a fortune compared to elsewhere. Both times I ordered over the telephone and they provided a cost by quote. Each time was better than expected, both times next day free delivery, although this could be because we live close by. Plus the staff on the phones are brilliant, couldn't praise them enough, they really have raised the bar for telesales.

We have been working with James, Tiffany and the team for nearly a year now and the overall service is amazing. We as a business grew very quickly in a short space of time which put pressure on our team to keep up with materials orders. The guys at Buildbase were always on hand to help and do whatever they could to get (me in particular) us out of trouble, and we have always been kept up to speed with site deliveries.

Such a lovely lady called Tiffany dealt with my enquiry and my order , had a phone call to let me know that they could deliver a week early and within 30 minutes of that call my items were at my home , very impressed with how polite/ helpful and friendly this lady was , and the delivery driver was polite too highly recommend
