We first saw the Hyco ZenLife hot water tap at the London Ideal Home Show, so were able to compare it to the two other well-known brands of hot water taps.
The Hyco ZenLife 100°C hot water tap we purchased is built to an excellent quality, with a smooth action and good security features to prevent accidental use of hot water.
We did experience an issue with the tap months after installation into our new Schüller kitchen, but Hyco’s customer service team were able to overcome this issue effortlessly and without fuss.
From meeting the Hyco team at the London Ideal Home Show to their overcoming this issue, we have been impressed with their desire to deliver a well designed and manufactured product, along with exemplary customer service.
We have not regretted purchasing the ZenLife 100°C hot water tap from Hyco and would heartily recommend their products to anyone.

We love our Hyco Zen Life tap which has been installed for over 6 months now. Having researched the market we concluded that the Hyco boiling tap offered everything we were looking for: Beautiful simple and elegant design, great choice of finish options and boiling, hot and cold water delivery in one tap.
We went for the brushed finish which matched our brushed stainless steel sink and white worktops. We have now fully removed our kettle from the home and use the Zen Life tap daily for tea, coffee and filling pans with boiling water.
The tank fits nicely in the cupboard without taking up too much space. Highly recommend this product! We love it!

I've just installed a Zen Life boiling hot water tap and can't believe how good a device this is. Was easy to install, its compact and it works exactly how you'd want it to. 3 litres is it more than enough, it properly boils the water (some only go to 98 Deg) and uses aerogel as an insulator.. you should market this more aggressively. It's easy better than Quookers etc

Just installed a Hyco Rho in downstairs cloakroom. The device provides perfect instantaneous warm water for handwashing and only a cold water feed needed. Important to use the supplied spray nozzle inserts (which I had stupidly lost) but great customer service - Hyco sent replacements within 24 hrs!!

I called Hyco asking for technical help regarding a Accona Wall heater, Shannon answered and helped me, the heater was proved to be broken, and although a little out of warranty they sent a repalcement delivered the next day, well done and so good to have a company that offers a service, will defo use hyco as a company again.

I experienced a problem with a hyco omega water boiler
whilst it was out of its warranty
I was a little upset after my first contact with customer services
but after speaking to Sarah the problem is now rectified
and I am pleased with the result
