Abi is friendly and knowledgeable as both a beautician and a trainer, I go to IAM for everything now from nails to facials & have also studied here both online and in person, courses are straight forward and informative and Abi is helpful and always around to support. Salon is always clean & well presented and treatments are always perfect?

I've been going to Abi for 8 months now for monthly facials, it's such a treat i absolutely love it. It's such a lovely relaxing treatment.
Always different depending on my skin
Abi tailers it everytime, she is so professional and supper friendly.
She really knows her stuff so she can educate you on you're routine too.
