The location was a little difficult to find, entering the postcode into the navigation will take you to the back of the building and the map provided by IKEA can be improved a bit to make it more legible/simple to understand.

The service cannot be faulted though. Once there, it was easy, fast and efficient. We were out in less than a minute. Courteous staff who were ready to help and knew what they were doing.

If selecting large items such as kitchen cupboards you don’t select in store you order instore and collect from a point about half a mile away - alot less hassle

Disastrously understaffed on Saturday evening. Some customers were waiting for over an hour to collect their orders. We were lucky only 45 minutes to wait for one box!

With modern tech I don't understand how it can take so long to pick a box and bring it to the front desk.

It actually got funny near the end lots of gallows humour from some of the guys waiting so long and many customers simply left assuming they will come back another day.

Had to collect from a different place. Sat nav did not get me to the right place.
