I visited Peter this morning with my faulty Singer sewing machine. He explained that the fault was due to ‘user error’ and kindly pointed out where I was going wrong. Well so glad I travelled to Biddulph to see Peter. Although my machine is a very old singer it has sentimental value. Peter immediately said he would look at it but may not be worth repairing. He did repair it and most importantly sorted it out whilst I was there saving me an hours round trip to fetch it back. Also shared lots of knowledge with me. THANK YOU

Excellent prompt service. Peter was able to fix my wife's sewing machine on the spot, having identified the problem straight away.
A proper Aladdins Cave of all things haberdashery, ribbons, buttons etc.
Wide range of spare parts as well.
Nothing was too much trouble. Good value

Amazing!
Friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable chap. I took my sewing machine in thinking it needed a service, I had been battering it a bit ?
Peter advised on what it actually needed and within 5/10 minutes my machine was as good as new. With no service charge needed. I bought some needles and new feet whilst I was there too ?

Peter is very helpful and tried to fix my machine but sadly he said it was a job for the dealer. It was a great experience going to his shop as it is Aladdins cave of sewing things loads of which I really needed OK wanted ?. His stock is very competitive and his parts look good quality. I bought some metallic thread which I was very pleased with. I will definitely be making a journey there again.
