Karen came to my mums house and was charming and a good laugh. She helped with design ideas and when Karen and David came back to do the fitting of the curtains, pelmet and headboard they were quick and efficient. The quality of the fabric and the standard of the service is wonderful!! I would recommend them to everybody

Fantastic company! I decided I wanted new Venetian blinds but wanted a reliable, professional service. A friend recommended Inches (after I admired her blinds and shutters) so I phoned Karen and within a few days she came to measure the windows and brought samples for me to choose from. Blinds were fitted a couple of weeks later, great service from Karen and her team. Highly recommend Inches!

Inches is a wonderful shop for all things fabric/curtains/blinds etc. I have just had a Roman blind and door curtain made for my staircase in a stunning William Morris print fabric. Throughout the process Karen was amazing offering help and advice without any pressure. Her years of experience clearly shines through. The quality of the blind and curtain is excellent. Karen fits the blinds and curtain poles making the whole experience very straightforward.
This is the second time I have been to Inches having purchased a beautiful Roman blind for my bathroom. I will definitely be visiting Karen again soon.
