WARNING! Do not use this company. We inherited them after buying a house where they were responsible for servicing our septic tank.
They missed multiple service visits, had to chase them many times, they did service the unit a couple of times, however, with great incompetence! They even let me down on an emergency call out and didn't get back to me at all.
We contracted another company and discovered the unit was full to the brim, the new engineer had never seen a unit this full before, said it was days if not hours away from having sewage overflowing into our house.
It had only been 5 months since Independent Drainage had last come out to visit us! They didn't notice this or recommend it was emptied.
This company is not only unprofessional, rude and ignorant when liaising with customers, they are also reckless and negligent.
