We recently ordered a Franke A400 Coffee Machine (with a Nayax contactless reader integration, plus Foam Master & Clean Master) for our office through Indigo Valley.

When I made the initial enquiry, I was given all of the information that I needed. Nick helped us throughout and the service was always fast, friendly and very helpful.

This has remained throughout the order and lease process, even when we faced challenges and delays at our end prior to confirming our order. Getting some of the more intricate parts of our set up arranged such as adding out own screensaver to the machine was also taken care of quickly and simply.

It's reassuring knowing that we've got someone to contact when we need them who can help us quickly and effectively.

If anyone was looking to procure a new commercial coffee machine, having done significant research prior, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Indigo Valley for the helpfulness, friendliness and expertise that we experienced - not to mention the keen pricing. We've also found that they have a great selection of beans available through their own roastery.

We have also brought through them our expresso machine and grinder. Nick from the sale department is brilliant always helpful and from ordering to delivery is seamless.

Offering a multitude of blends with both caffeinated and Decaffeinated options available.
