They cut corners on everything...the staff have buckets under their desks instead of pedestals..they start 7:45 and all yearning, almost all of them wear glasses sice on top of their heads have fluorescent lamps, the operators claim that they are IPC trained...but after all they don't know what is the value of a resistor, they can only get it and fit on the cables if they have the part number for it...constantly they remake a cable because when is going for QC it comes back with short (usually with the shield of the connector), because they are so genius that instead of bridge 2 pins they use a schematic diagram from an (Engineer, (Andy)) who instruct them to link it using a cable....They keep ordering desk lamps and magnifiers to see what they doing...they are so busy that they discuss all day where they going for shopping and what to eat and watch on TV...They are so much trained that they keep verify each other if the solder is good, so they make a quick joint to look good... they never use on the desk multimeter...they don't know how, instead they use a buzzer from time to time...and guess what they don't use liners on the bins to save money, so they sting..They constantly advertise for staff, and they pay 10£ hour.. if they see them talk one word or have a 1 min break, they give them warning ! the Supervisor doing nothing all day...just talking on the mobile with the boyfriend....she is ipc trained....they have some rasbery pie for the schematic in every desk and if a cat 5 cable clip is broken, they leave it...they ask you to push it back if you doing work and the screen is frozen...
